The Memory Tree // Der Erinnerungsbaum

(Deutsch) Dieser Baum wächst aus der gemeinsamen Kreativität aller Besucherinnen und Besucher. Während der Ausstellung seid ihr eingeladen, etwas aus der Natur zu zeichnen, das euch inspiriert — ein Blatt, einen Vogel, einen Waldweg oder eine Erinnerung, die ihr mit der Natur verbindet. Eure Zeichnungen finden ihren Platz an diesem Baum und verwandeln ihn nach und nach in eine lebendige Galerie aus Ideen, Geschichten und Fantasie. Mit jeder neuen Zeichnung wird der Baum reicher. Aus einem einzelnen Baum entsteht so ein gemeinsamer Wald aus vielen Perspektiven. Diese Installation ist Teil von Forest Made, entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit Meetup Art Buddies und ComicWare (Shriya Singh), und wird gefördert durch den Diversity Fund der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. Throughout the exhibition, you are invited to draw something from nature that inspires you — a leaf, a bird, a forest path, or a memory connected to the natural world. Your drawings will find a place on this tree, slowly transforming it into a living gallery of ideas, stories, and imagination. With every new drawing, the tree grows richer. What begins as a single tree becomes a collective forest of perspectives, created by many hands.
