XR Midterm: A City in the Clouds

Billions and trillions of years ago, the world turned on its axis, a full 180 degrees. The people in the towns and cities all fell downwards, onto the clouds. As decades and centuries passed, the citizens adapted and created cities from clouds and icicles. The world also sparkles and shines due to the stars. As time went on, the people evolved into fluffy cloud-like people and what once was clouds in the sky became a new utopia. The ground is like a utopian city in the sky, with inspiration from Meet the Robinsons, and Tomorrowland. On the other hand. the sky is a dystopian and damaged city, with inspiration from Alita: Battle Angel or Divergent.
