New Environment

My artwork theme reflects my experiences of immersing myself in unfamiliar places.My art piece, 'NEW Environment', embarks on this theme by transforming an abandoned environment into a living area in virtual view. Each object is hand-painted, scanned, reformatted, and applied in the virtual world, overlaying digital elements onto reality to simulate the disorientation of cultural immersion. The process of adapting to a new environment involves an intricate balance of judgment and choice; as one is bombarded with new information from all directions, each person must determine which parts of the element to quickly adopt and incorporate into their life. The artwork creates an immersive environment, with AR elements floating and moving all around, capturing the audience's attention and encouraging interaction.This might make people feel unwilling, but this entire process makes them automatically in an intransitive mode. I've specifically displayed this work in an abandoned environment, aiming to inject excitement and interaction into a space that might not attract children due to not interesting aspect. his setting reinforces the idea of discovering new appeal in abandoned spaces, offering an engaging experience without physically altering the environment, and at a lower cost.
