第5回　信託への架け橋 今日、私たちが「信託（トラスト）」と呼んでいる制度は、明治の半ば頃、日本に伝わり、100年前の1922年に信託法と信託業法が制定されました。今日信託は大きく発展し、1500兆円にまで達しました。しかし、「信託」という言葉こそ使われていませんが、明治以前にも同じような考え方、同様のしくみを、ここ日本でも見ることができます。信託博物館では、平安時代における弘法大師空海の「綜芸種智院」をはじめ、いくつかのエピソードを既にご紹介しています。信託へとつながる「信託」以前の同様な仕組みにまつわるいくつかのエピソードをお楽しみください。 Trust system, we now call "shintaku"in Japanese was introduced to Japan around the middle of the Meiji era, and in 1922, 100 years ago, the Trust Law and the Trust Business Law were enacted. Today, the trust system has developed significantly and has reached 1,500 trillion yen.. However, even though the word “trust” is not used, similar consepts can be seen here in Japan before Meiji era.
