This is a virtual home of mementos. There is where the objects that cannot be thrown away, filled with memories and emotions, are stored (dedicated). In an age when various memories and emotions are in danger of going up in flames, and meeting with others has become forbidden, people have become afraid of revealing their memories and emotions to others, and avoid getting involved with others who have different ideas. In such a situation, a new and unique custom was born to entrust memories and feelings that had nowhere else to go to to objects for memorial services. This project seeks to create a new form of "family" and "home" where people can care for and coexist with strangers through encounters with others and memorial services. It is operated by Virtual Mementos Association(VMA), and Uchida, the founder of the VMA, is the caretaker. If you have something you would like to donate, please contact Uchida (info[AT]sesseee.se). ここはバーチャル供養堂。記憶や感情のこもった、捨てられないモノが保存（奉納）されている。様々な記憶や感情が炎上の危機にさらされ、他人と会うことが禁忌になった時代、人々は他人に記憶や感情を打ち明けるのを恐れ、また考え方の異なる他人と関わるのを避けるようになった。 そんななか、行き場のなくなった記憶や思いをモノに託して供養しようという、新しい独特の風習が生まれた。他人と出会うことや供養ということを通して、知らない人をケアしたり、共存したりする、新しい「身内」、「家」のかたちを模索する。運営は、民間信仰団体「バーチャル供養講」が行っており、発起人の内田が管理人をしている。預けたいものがある人は、内田に連絡をしてほしい(info[AT]sesseee.se)。
