tangible - tangible, touchable When we create a VR space, we export our "perception" of the real world to the world of the screen. We believe that the unique excitement of a VR space lies in the trompe-l'oeil-like presentation that evokes that perception. I believe that the sensitivity and skill to attractively produce the heightened perception in the real world is necessary when creating mixed reality. I took a very personal approach to this hypothesis. As a neon craftsman by profession, I created a space using glass neon signs. Why do we find the light from neon tubes beautiful? The texture of the glass, the depth and materiality of the folded structure, and the reflections. I deformed and expressed such "impression of perception".
